CQI-12 is a specialized quality assessment tool developed by the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG), tailored for companies engaged in surface treatment processes such as anodizing, chromating, plating, and painting. At Jai Sai Special Process, we are proud to have undergone this rigorous evaluation through DQS India, demonstrating our adherence to process control, risk management, and continuous improvement in all coating operations.

At Jai Sai Special Process, quality inspection is integral to every stage of surface treatment. From pre-treatment to final finish, we ensure consistent coating, strong adhesion, and surface accuracy. Total Quality Management
We thoroughly inspect all incoming aluminum parts to ensure they meet required specifications. This includes checking dimensions, surface condition, and cleanliness to prevent defects and ensure consistent quality from the start.
During each stage of surface treatment, we perform in-process inspections to monitor coating consistency, thickness, and overall process stability. This ensures any issues are identified and corrected immediately, maintaining high-quality output throughout production.
We carry out 100% visual inspections under controlled lighting conditions to identify any surface imperfections. Additionally, coating thickness is accurately measured using specialized gauges to ensure compliance
We perform regular salt spray tests, adhesion tests, hardness measurements, and chemical analyses to ensure the durability and performance of each coating meet industry standards and customer requirements.
Each production batch is systematically tagged, recorded, and fully traceable, ensuring complete transparency and readiness for quality audits. Detailed quality reports are available and can be provided to customers upon request.
We strive continuous improvement, driven by root cause analysis and structured feedback mechanisms. Our commitment to quality is further reinforced through regular internal audits and process reviews.
